Our team is divided into three levels of Artists to offer everyone a hair and makeup solution within their budget.
Investing in the right hair and makeup artists for your wedding day is extremely important. You have invested in your dress and photographer and the hair and makeup is such an important part of it all, especially as so many photos are taken – that will last a lifetime. And the Icelandic weather can be treacherous, and all our artists know how to prep the brides for this crazy conditions.
Good communication is important for us as we don’t get to meet before the wedding day and we pay high attention to understand how the client wants to have his look and accommodate special requests wherever possible.
Our most experienced artists are ranked in our Expert Team, they have 10 or more years experience or do more than 50 weddings a year and do this job as a full time job. Our newest artists are in our Junior Artist Team and have up to 4 years experience in the business. The senior Artists have been in the business for more than 4 years and do wedding hair and makeup on a regular basis. All of our Artists carry kits filled with high end products and are highly skilled so we trust they do a great job for your wedding day.
Prices for wedding hair and makeup can vary depending on which Artist you go with – at our agency we have three different price bands.

With well over 2000 wedding/elopement clients between them, Margrét and Sabrina know the wedding industry very well.
Both of them are highly skilled makeup artists & create wedding hairdo’s and also have experience of traveling abroad for brides in other countries. Sabrina and Margrét met a few years ago and continuously shared jobs they couldn’t do by themselves. During the last few years demand for makeup & hair artists has increased extensively as eloping in Iceland became so popular. Clients were desperate to find good artists and needed help with the search. Margrét and Sabrina couldn’t keep up with the demand of bookings by themselves which is why they decided to open up the Hair and Makeup agency, that brings together Iceland’s best bridal artists.
Margrét
Margrét is trained at the world famous Delamar Academy in London. With over 11 years of experience in the industry, Margrét started her career in London working in fashion and beauty, editorials, music videos, commercials and weddings for almost 7 years and gained extensive experience and credits working for big companies and magazines.
Margrét then moved back home to Iceland and is now specializing in bridal looks to an expert level. She is based in Reykjavik, Iceland and travels around the country and works internationally – specializing in destination weddings.
Margrét has her special technique of applying makeup and doing hairstyles to make sure it stays set all day & night and photographs beautifully. She has a background of photography hair & makeup, so it fits perfectly for this big day as professional photos will be taken that will last a lifetime.
Sabrina
Sabrina is a professional makeup & hair artist, originally from Switzerland and she is living in Selfoss, South Iceland. She began her career 17 years ago by graduating at a makeup & hair Academy in Switzerland, where she later also worked as a teacher for makeup artists for several years.
After graduating, she has worked in the makeup & styling biz ever since. She worked with many photographers, models and actors for photo shoots, commercials, fashion shows and musicals. She furthered her education by doing several courses in different hairstyling techniques/trends, airbrushing and special effects for movies and theater. In addition, she has led uncountable makeup courses for private customers, employees and big companies such as banks and airlines. She worked many years for MAC cosmetics and Bobbi Brown. Her makeup kit consists mostly of products from MAC cosmetics.
Sabrina now specializes in wedding makeup and updos and has huge experience in this field. Working with brides from all over the world gives her a lot of joy.
Besides, Sabrina is and also a mother of two little boys. The popular accommodation “Panorama Glass Lodge” is designed and also operated by her in the role of the CEO and owner & marketing manager.
